Redline's Rebuilt Kawasaki Engines:
Redline can rebuild
your engine.... Or, we can save you the cost of
shipping your engine to us, and speed up the process
of building you a motor
by using one of the many "core"
engines which we have on hand....
Our core engines are engines that have been road tested,
and are known to be
good candidates for reconditioning and/or performance
upgrading......
Use of a core engine also allows you to keep riding while your new engine is being built......
When the new engine arrives, it's a quick one or two day job to do the swap......
Once the new engine is finished, and shipped to you,
you can decide whether to keep
your old engine, and pay a core fee ( normally $300 to
$400), or return your old
engine to us in the shipping crate which we provide....
It's up to you....
A deposit are is all that's are required to have us
start putting a stock
or modified engine together for you
...............................................................................................................................................
Our rebuilt engines are sold
without engine covers..... All gaskets and seals required
to mount a customer's engine covers
are included in the costs shown.....
We can, of course, provide engine
covers on request - These covers can be either
plain finish or professionally
polished.......
As priced, a 1973 to 1980 900
or 1000 core engine is also required in exchange .....
Cores can be together or apart,
but must meet certain standards -
Many customers opt to keep their
existing engines - This usually results in an
additional charge of $300 to $400.......
Certain damaged parts my disqualify
an engine from being accepted as a core,
or this damage my result in an
extra charge.......
Rebuilt engines do not come with
ignition, starter, or alternator..... These parts,
and any others not included with
our engine, are kept by the customer for use on the new engine
